UXC Eclipse (USA) Inc (“UXC Eclipse”), the USA arm of UXC Eclipse and a business unit of UXC Limited (ASX:UXC) has announced the acquisition of selected assets and staff of Tectura (USA) LLC, Tectura (AES) LLC and Tectura (Canada East) Limited (“Tectura North America”), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tectura Corporation for an undisclosed value.
This acquisition will see UXC Eclipse become one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers in the Americas.

The depth of consulting skills and Microsoft Dynamics experience within Tectura North America will extend the reach of UXC Eclipse across the Americas and will see the global UXC Eclipse team swell to over 600 people and a base of over 2,700 customers.
UXC Eclipse is already well established in the Microsoft Dynamics community and has been a member of the Microsoft Inner Circle (top 1% of Microsoft Dynamics resellers world-wide) since 2001. UXC Eclipse is also a recognized winner of over 22 Microsoft awards in the past seven years - most recently 2013 Microsoft Dynamics, Reseller of the Year (for Canada), and 2013 finalist for Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner of the Year in Australia.
UXC Eclipse and Tectura North America share a business model that delivers end-to-end business management solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. The Applied Engineering Solutions (AES) group focuses on delivering consulting services for organizations undergoing complex improvement initiatives.
