The UXC Eclipse Support Center is dedicated to an exceptional level of application and technical support for the MinePoint solution. The UXC Eclipse maintenance agreement delivers the following service offerings from the Support Center:
- An unlimited number of calls
- 24 x 7 support
- 15 minute maximum response time for all levels of calls
- All staff are fully trained and experienced support consultants
- Snapshot of any support activity through a Support Incident Report.
